I love the glasses here at Jcpenny Optical. Jackie is an amazing manager and Dee is just an amazing associate. Keep doing what your doing :)
The staff is disrespectful and rude. They talk bad about you if you don’t like the service or if you come to do something about the glasses.
A worker named Dee talks bad about people when you come to say something about adjusting something. Or when you don’t like the service. This is not professional. Customer service is terrible. This is also super rude.
Customer service is terrible. You leave a voicemail -twice and no body calls you back. Unless you are physically thete and they are "making" a sale forget about common courtesy.
