During both of my visits to this JCPenney location, I worked with judy. Both times she was extremely nurturing, xtremely professional and explained everything to me with transparency! This means a lot when you're spending lots of money on a pair of eyeglasses. I really appreciate the time she took and her gentleness and getting everything accurate. This is definitely a great JCPenney optical location!
