I went to facility in Poughkeepsie . The gentleman behind the desk was nice enough but the only employee. Long wait times subpar glasses and crappy lens also you wait about 10 plus days for glasses . As far as the optician doing the eye exam , he has no personality and is at times rude . Because so many people are waiting for eye exams your rushed through an antiquated eye exam . This optician arrived with a doctor bag with his own equipment. I am 57 and try to be kind to everyone but this guy is crappy at his job and is rud... read more

The Doctor is available Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays. !!!???????!?!?!?!?!???!!?? Doctor is VERY knowledgeable. Great Guy.
This place was awful. I called in to get my prescription simply for me to know for my own knowledge and the guy was rude. He talked thought the prescription really fast made me feel horrible! Seriously I would never speak to people the way he spoke to me. Skip this place for your own good.
