I am a senior that uses a cane. I had gone to another place and was not helped so walked out and went to Penneys. The woman offered me a chair, brought over frames to try and treated me with respect. Plus there was a sale! I should have gone there to start with! I will again!
On the positive side - they were able to get a pair of glasses ordered and delivered in less than a week. No one else could do this. Ironically they have a crazy paper sign in process that I guess everyone is supposed to know and only one employee. Took 90 minutes of waiting to place a simple reorder of a pair of glasses. They were unable to order it over the phone because they cannot accept payment over the phone. I can’t see this policy working out well in the long term.
