anyone know the eye doctor's name
I made an appointment online Wednesday evening for Thursday afternoon, called Thursday morning to confirm the appointment. I arrived at the store about 15 minutes early, only to see the entrance chained and a clock face saying they would return at 2:50 pm. My appointment was at 2:30. Neighboring services at JC Penny (they are like their own kiosks/mini storefronts) did not know why the staff was gone. There was no call to let me know of necessary changes, no call to reschedule.
