It’s been 2 years since I last purchased eyewear here, but at that time I had an excellent experience (as usual). My husband and I see an eye doctor outside of JCP and have not encountered any issues using our prescriptions. The sales allow us to get our prescription eyewear at a lower price and yet same or similar quality as at our eye doctor’s. Excellent service and staff.
They have a good choice of frames. What made the experience a 5 star for me was Patience. She is so easy to work with. Very helpful and sweet. She made sure any issues I had were resolved with no worries or stress on my part.
I called with a contact lens issue and Miss Patience was lovely and so helpful. Very thankful to her !
Very friendly staff. No high pressure sales. Definitely will return.
