The manager is super helpful and very kind
I went to JC Penney Optical with my mom this morning so she could get prescription sunglasses. Pamela was amazing. She gave us her full, undivided attention and she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I, too, wear glasses and I was so impressed with the customer service that I will now be a customer there too. I highly recommend!
They don't answer the phone.
Worst customer service on the plant. Had to wait for Manger to look up from her phone to acknowledge me. Then only because I said excuse me. I have had nothing but problems with I assume is Pamela. How she has kept her job is beyond me. Will never do business with her or JC Penny optical again again.
Two years ago I got the kickiest glasses at JC Penny optical shop at Coronado Mall. The price was unbeatable, as was the customer service. That it, until THIS year. Pamela helped me this week pick out frames and order two pairs of progressive glasses. She gave me honest and thorough answers to all my questions, seriously helped me with the lens and coatings options that were most appropriate for ME (I never felt she was trying to upsell me), crunched the numbers on my order and coupons a few different ways to get me the best... read more
