Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to get your glasses. My first prescription was wrong and it took 2 weeks to get them. It's now going on 3 months waiting on the correct pair to arrive at their office! Still waiting.
This is the worst place to get glasses. The staff is incompetent. They keep you on hold like you have nothing to do. The doctor is not there every day. I don't see the point of JCPenny offering an optical department that is not available. Staff getting paid 8hrs and not producing any work.
