I've been waiting now for over 13 weeks to get my glasses. I learned today that JcPenney has shut down their optical services. They've provided a bogus number that no one answers and I want my money back I was charged over $650 for two pair of glasses and would like to go somewhere else. They gave no notice to their employees and this totally unacceptable. They are no longer the trustworthy company we knew and loved.
I've been waiting now for over 8 weeks to get my glasses. They already charged my Jcpenney card, so I'm paying for glasses I don't have.
I ordered two pair of glasses, one for distance and the other were sunglasses for glare. They promised me the glasses would be back in 4 weeks. Six weeks later only one pair had come back, but I had to call them to find out the one pair was there. They were waiting for the second pair before calling me about my glasses. Two weeks later the second pair arrived but I had to call again for them to tell me my glasses had arrived. I Love picking out a pair of frames at JCP optical and the best part is when Spring is there “I love her” she is so helpful and attentive, thank you JCP for having her as a valuable employee who I call my friend ❤️
I have been using jCPenny optical for many years and Spring is the best , anytime I need assistance with my glasses she takes good care of me.
