I Love picking out a pair of frames at JCP optical and the best part is when Spring is there “I love her” she is so helpful and attentive, thank you JCP for having her as a valuable employee who I call my friend ❤️
I have been using jCPenny optical for many years and Spring is the best , anytime I need assistance with my glasses she takes good care of me.
I used my insurance benefit for frames and lenses was told it would take ten days to come back they were back in two great right wrong! the glasses lost the plastic nose pieces and became loose after one month and two weeks ago broke at the same screw the store fixed I was told I had to buy new frames. Cheap glasses beware. My mom was going to purchase hers there and I stopped her. Needless to say my benefit for the year ruined!

I had a AMAZING quick & easy experience at this location. The ladies in the optical area area very easy & courteous to work with. I have never found frames in 10 minutes except here. I am not a easy person to deal with finding the right frame but they truly know what to look for. Dealing w/ lenses, coatings etc can drive you mad w/ everything they offer today but I was truly checked out in about 30 to 40 minutes.
