I ordered two pair of glasses, one for distance and the other were sunglasses for glare. They promised me the glasses would be back in 4 weeks. Six weeks later only one pair had come back, but I had to call them to find out the one pair was there. They were waiting for the second pair before calling me about my glasses. Two weeks later the second pair arrived but I had to call again for them to tell me my glasses had arrived. I Love picking out a pair of frames at JCP optical and the best part is when Spring is there “I love her” she is so helpful and attentive, thank you JCP for having her as a valuable employee who I call my friend ❤️

I have been using jCPenny optical for many years and Spring is the best , anytime I need assistance with my glasses she takes good care of me.

I used my insurance benefit for frames and lenses was told it would take ten days to come back they were back in two great right wrong! the glasses lost the plastic nose pieces and became loose after one month and two weeks ago broke at the same screw the store fixed I was told I had to buy new frames. Cheap glasses beware. My mom was going to purchase hers there and I stopped her. Needless to say my benefit for the year ruined!
