I went there last year the customer service was great. This year I went back to get my contacts done. They never informed me of a copay in advanced! I never have a copay with a regular eye exam or contacts. This doctor is on a non selective list with United Healthcare. I was not told that either. They told me AFTER the exam my copay is 75$. Just approach for a question but after Christina really gave a good explanation about the specials, spending over an hour teaching me how the lenses perform, how the guarantee protects me plus she personally called my insurance; by my request; to explain me the benefits. Thanks Christina you got the patience, knowledge and the understanding.
Just approach for a question and Erica wrote me a good explained plan for 4 set of glasses. Awesome, coming back with my prescription.
North star mall JC Penney optical has great promotional frames that really helped me get the most out of my VSP benefits .. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and professional made the drive from New Braunfels and was definitely worth it!
