It's a "No"for me. I went to get new glasses, but when l picked them up, the optician did not know how to adjust them. Took 2 weeks plus and no one called to notify me my glasses were ready. As a former optician. Here's a tip. Make sure you ask the person adjusting your glasses how long they have been in the business. That is very important. I have indentions in the back of my ears due to poor adjustment.
I am highly upset. Hours of optical area of JCPENNY need to be updated. I have waisted time and gas on driving to JCPenny optical at Ingram Mall. I looked on the website and it said open 12-4pm, when I go in the store it was freaken closed. Stop waisting peoples time!!
I loved this place! The manager has a good eye for what looks good on someone. He did a great job, efficient, knowledgeable, good ideas for which glasss looked good on me and my son. We left happy, satisfied, and looking good in our glasses.
