I brought my glasses into this JCPenney Optical location, as one of the nosepads had ripped off. The guy at the counter installed two new nosepads on my glasses for free! They fit well!
Terrible service. I called several times and left messages, no one picks up or returns calls.
Amazing service! I was expecting to have buy a new pair of frames considering I broke the pair I walked in with. And Thomas delivered! Not only did he save me money and time, Thomas is an incredible conversationalist. If you need any type of repair or service, I highly recommend going to him! Thank you very much!
