After a bad experience with a popular vision provider I went to JCPENNEY Optical Department where Department Manager Caroline Harris was able to help me with my optical problem in a smooth and professional manner . I would highly recommend JCPenney for Optical needs .
Took my mom to get her new glasses which is usually not an easy task. However I was pleasantly surprised today as Josh is totally awesome!! He was not only very patient with my mom's trying on different frames, but also looked for every discount we were eligible for. He was so friendly and fun to talk to and attentive to my mom's requests. Josh really made our day!
I had a very great experience today. Both the optometrist who examined me and Michelle, who help me choose my frames and spend a very long time submitting my bill to my insurance company, were excellent. Their expertise and patience are rare.
Had a great experience recently at this JCP location. Both the Dr. and the customer service team were knowledgeable and thorough. They spent time with both my husband and me to make sure we understood the exam results and the glasses we should consider. We will be going back for our next follow up appointment!
