Caleb is patient and helpful and friendly. Great buy and TREMENDOUS improvement having single vision glasses prescribed for computer work rather than progressives: I am no longer straining my neck to the best angle to see well and they work for reading and many other needs around my home!
Very poor experience with JCPenny Optical. They were able to fill a contact order when the prescription was provided to them, but trying to get an eye exam done there and have them write the prescription was an absolute fail. The staff did not inspire confidence as they were very hesitant about the specifics of the order and kept changing the final cost, and when all was said and done (we thought) they ended up calling us back in to re-do the eye exam as they said the numbers didn't look right the first time.
