Bad reaction, I ask for my optical prescriptions contact and they give me prescription for glasses..I pay 300.00 dollars with my jcpenney card, just for exam and buy glasses. + I have insurance ..I dont like it.
Ok so I have been going to this place for over 7+ years and I've had no complaints so far. However, today I took my son for his annual eye exam. Long story short, this lady never told me that we had gone out of network with them. She made it seem like it was business as usual and that my son's insurance had changed the way it does business. They never answer their phone and by the time you get in to see them you are outside the window to correct their errors
