Bianca provided excellent customer service. I returned after meeting her and each time she's been consistently professional with excellent communication skills. I would highly recommend the location and services.
So grateful for the customer service from Bianca when it was time to for new contacts. Bianca was able to use my current up to date prescription and show me with my insurance it would cover it. She was very pleasant, explained in full detail, and answered all my questions. I was down to my last set of contacts and just torn one of them so thank you for all your help.
I had a broken pair of glasses and Bianca was able to take the lens out and put them into a new pair of glasses. I also ordered some contacts and Bianca helped apply the necessary discounts to make sure i got the best price possible. She went above and beyond to make sure I was all around satisfied as a customer. I will be back!
