Awful experience in April of 2023. Dr. K was great years ago back at Sears, but now he is running the show alone and had a really bad experience. Apparently they lost the internet (which happens) but he was the only one dealing with IT on the phone which caused me to wait almost an hour after my appointment time to be seen (no one bothered to print the schedule out a day in advance), then my exam was constantly interrupted while his cell phone sat next to him with IT on the line and he ran back and forth between the exam roo... read more
The work they do here is absolutely incredible - Dr. K is always patient and does a precise job with eye exams. Even if you don’t like the frames, come for the incredible eye exams. The ladies who tighten your glasses are always super sweet and make sure your glasses fit properly. I’d HIGHLY recommend you drop by - I’ve also brought in my family and friends to these guys.
Had my first eye exam there today. The Dr. Was the best and I paid less than half for glasses and sunglasses if I went to my eye doctor. JCPenney optical in Deptford is definitely the place to go!
I have been coming here for years. The service is great and they always have the best selection of frames.
