Simone is racist. Any Caucasian person who comes in here will see it, feel it, and catch the same vibe my family and I did - and leave, just as we did. Unless your a minority, stay away!
Simone is Simply the Best, she helped me out with my glasses back around 2018 and 2019 and when I needed some new glasses with an updated prescription I stopped by there a few weeks ago and she helped me out again. I couldn't have had better service from a more knowledgeable person, all I can say is thanks for everything and keep up the good work!
I m here for 4 years but first time costumer service is very very bad they treat very badly .they sat my daughter for half an hour and they did nothing
I’ve been coming to JCPenney Optical in Gateway with my 2 kids for many years. The personal one on one customer service that Simone offers at every visit is the best I’ve seen from most stores! Happy to see her back.
