I've been coming to JCPenney Optical for years, and I continue to be impressed with the quality of care and service. The eye doctor is absolutely wonderful — incredibly thorough with her exams, personable, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff here are just as great — friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The manager David is extremely welcoming and helpful, answering all questions that you have and makes sure to give you all details and disclosures on discounts and deals. 10/10 would recommend and coming back again!
