I've been coming to JCPenney Optical for years, and I continue to be impressed with the quality of care and service. The eye doctor is absolutely wonderful — incredibly thorough with her exams, personable, and always makes you feel comfortable throughout the process. It's clear she genuinely cares about her patients. The staff here are just as great — friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
