Peter at JC Penny optical was the mosT helpful customer service rep I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. In the middle of the crazy holiday season I needed to use up my insurance allowance for the year and was also traveling out of town. Peter went out of his way to help me order and mail my contacts in time. I really appreciated his quick and professional work ethic and highly recommend them as a group of people who actually care about their customers and know how important vision is in our every day lives! They give you a two-year prescription for your contact lenses and eyeglasses which is great but the prescription isn't legal so you can't fill it anywhere unless you get the correct information on the prescription. It's missing the optometrist's license number, address, phone number and printed name. Additionally they can only order your contact lenses so if you need a same-day fill you have to order it through them or go through the hassle of getting the correct information that's needed. Very disappointing and I won't be g... read more
