The “manager” that waited on me was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. Wrong prescription put in glasses & she got argumentative & actually started yelling at me when I told her it was wrong & could not see out of glasses. She refused to look at the Rx in the broken pair. Got a refund on both pair & left.
Very helpful, Hadeel did a great job.
rude, complete wack job managing the optical department. I was just passing thru looking and could not believe the way I heard her talking to a customer. I have never seen anything like it. VERY disappointed JC Penny would allow someone like that to destroy their reputation. I took MY business elseware!
