I have frequented JC Penny Optical for years. I always find just the right pair and I receive numerous compliments on my lenses. The staff (Tukwila Store) are knowledgeable, professional and they actual care and have a desire for you to be totally satisfied. Also. JC.Penney frequently has sales! Quality eyeware at reasonable prices. I will continue to shop there and send my friends.
Wasted my time for over 2 months, still don't have any contacts. I called daily for over a week during operating hours before I could ever reach someone or get a call back. Called and left several messages about why my contacts aren't in yet as I'm out and its been 7 weeks now since I ordered. Was called and told to come in and get a trial pair and no one is even there on the day and time they told me to come in. I finally just told them to cancel my order.
