Both the doctor and the lady helping me pick frames were very informative. The frames sales person made sure i was happy with my purchase before I left.

I have purchased glasses at JC Penney Optical and another, higher priced store over the past few years and have had MUCH better results at JCP. The manager at Willowbrook is especially good. She is helpful and very detail oriented, and she always considers my preferences. I had to have my lenses replaced once due to a bad prescription and I had no problem at all getting it done quickly and at no extra charge.
