I went on Saturday and the JcPenny employe told me that optical will open on Monday. I got there on Monday and it was closed. Again, the Jc Penny employees they told me that they should be open on Tuesday. Got there on Tuesday and again, no one to be found. JcPenny employe told me that they will open on Thursday. Well, here We are again. Thursday and again they are closed.. I took my business somewhere else.

I have been here on 4 different occasions only to find it dark and noone there. The last time was at 1 pm. There was a clock face that said be back at 3:30. That's a mighty long lunch. Someone is not watching the store. Who is monitoring?
