I was approached by a salesperson at JC Penney in the Sarasota FL mall she asked if we'd be interested in the home services they offered. I was in the market for 2 exterior hurricane rated doors. She took my info and set appointment for the coming Saturday so I changed my plans to be home. A man called me the day before to confirm appointment.
