If you have hair longer than a Karen hair cut they don’t have rollers for your length. Make your appointment early bc you might need time to do it yourself later. Made my appointment on a Tuesday for Friday 10am for a roller set. Got there, they don’t see my appointment , I had a confirmation, all of a sudden they see it now but it wasn’t there the day before ? Despite the confirmation I got on Tuesday ? Went for deep conditioning and hair cut. Added what i thought was a usual blow dry, because deep conditioning and haircut didn't come with one. Hair cut was uneven because the blow dry consisted of a tiny hair dryer with no detachment (I learned this would be extra) just hot air blown on my hair with only a detangling comb. An uneven blow dry resulted in uneven hair cut. I could have done the same job at home with kitchen scissors. Don't get your hair done there. It's no wonder that they are closing stores. Shameful.

I have natural hair and Miss Suzette cut shaped and rod twisted my hair. She was gentle, polite and gave suggestions. I look forward having her as my stylist....

I requested a relaxer and trim. My hair was longer than shoulder length and I left with my hair involuntarily shorter than neck length. The sinks wouldn't drain so I sat in dirty water. I was sat upright for all the water to run down and soak my shirt. I also left with a chemical burn across my cheek. I won't ever be returning or recommending this location.
