Basic convenience, it is similar to Target, but is has less of a shiny luster to it. JCPenney is still a store with good brands and good deals, they just look a little tired.
Jewelry department was kinda rude over the phone but it is the holidays so I understand, I'm sure they were busy, but if I was gonna spend the money I'd go somewhere else.
Never had a manager at any store arbitrarily pull out fake excuse after fake excuse not to return items that were very clearly within the return policy as written. JCPenney is falling on hard economic times. Having spent thousands at this location over the years, I won’t be returning if the store is haggling for a little over $100.
