We did our jcpenny pictures here and man the photos sucked. Even the digital we chose were blurry ! I thought maybe the studio just sucked, but we did pictures with my family at the Temecula location and the photos were all in focus and clear . Stay away from this photo location
Worst customer service at customer service desk today around 5:30pm. Had to return a jean. Rude and disrespectful.
Had to return jewelry that I bought for my wife for valentine's day. I have had some bad experiences with this. David was very friendly and helpful. Honestly, the amazing customer service made me want to come back and spend more money. I have had bad experiences returning jewelry at other establishments, but 5 stars for customer service at the fine jewelry desk. They do have surprisingly beautiful pieces of jewelry here.
