Probably the worst experience of my life…. I was just here visiting family and I went into JCPenney for a dress for the funeral…. One of the ladies named stephanie was incredibly rude to me the entire time, I told her I was looking for a plain black dress, and she started showing me things with rhinestones, etc….. after I expressed I wanted a plain black dress again she started showing me insanely expensive black dresses…. Went to get ring sizes. The jewelry clerk was so friendly and helpful. The environment of the store was also nice, quiet, and calm. Will be coming back

The store is ok. Pretty run down but the employeesare nice and helpful. They have a well stocked Alfred Dunner department for those who like his style. Their dress department was stocked with the most hideous dresses we have ever seen. It was so fun imagining a buyer choosing them for the store. We tried staging a competition for worst dress but it was impossible to choose. If you need some comic relief head on in! Then go to the food court in the mall and have some great green curry and drunken noodles!
