I don't normally write reviews but, feel compelled to after my experience with customer service today. I had recently purchased a few Nike shirts, wore them and washed them. One of the shirts came out looking like a tye dye shirt from the 90's. It was obviously a defect with the particular shirt because the other shirts I purchased were just fine after a wash. Today I attempted to return the defective shirt to the store but, was met with difficulties. I simply wanted to exchange the defective shirt with another. The lady at ... read more
Expensive purchase followed by disappointment. Store had a obvious returned item for sale with no internal packaging, instructions, or all parts. I returned home to discover this and very annoyed. I will be returning this with a complaint. I hope they have interest in correcting this error.
