Horrible experience. I came in person and sat down with her regarding the IRS letter I received and brought all of the forms she asked for. She told me she will work on it and I had called her and emailed her to follow up the following week and the next week. She didn’t respond to any of my emails and picked up my call and told me she would get it done on time and there’s nothing to worry. Now the notice had lapsed and she did nothing. My wife and I have been doing our taxes at JCP for years now and we will never go anywhere else. Paul is very honest and he is excellent at his craft. JCP taxes is very proficient and professional I appreciate all their help I was told by several tax companies that I wouldn't be able to file because I just had a baby and did not work but that was not the case at all, I found them by the Google search engine when I went in with my newborn I was greeted by Paul and his other colleague they were very pleasant and kind. I definitely recommend this place to any and everyone I was very satisfied with the outcome thank you.
