Horrible experience. I came in person and sat down with her regarding the IRS letter I received and brought all of the forms she asked for. She told me she will work on it and I had called her and emailed her to follow up the following week and the next week. She didn’t respond to any of my emails and picked up my call and told me she would get it done on time and there’s nothing to worry. Now the notice had lapsed and she did nothing.
