Monika is the absolute best! My hair is super long thick and one length. She colored and styled my hair absolutely perfect and I also have alot of grey she colored every single grey which most others can’t. Her personality is amazing as well she makes you feel welcome! Truly 5 stars for this amazing hair dresser at JC Pennys in Woodbridge!!
