From the Ladies at front desk to Dakota on the chair, amazing! My hair has never received this kinda care in a salon before. Blessed are the hands that cut, washed and blow dried my hair!!! I recommend Dakota 100% (look at my hair in pic)
Very disappointing you book online for them to tell you when you arrive it will be an hour wait. What is the point?
Please do not take your teens here. Booked an appointment for my teen and they did not do a good job. First of all the lady was late for the appointment. Second, she asked what I wanted for my teen and did NOT do what i asked for. She cut her bangs so short and she made her look very old. I went back and told them if they could fix it and they told me that they would not cut it again and continued to arguewith me telling me that i was wrong.
