Waited 5 hour for five people they attend 1 person per hour including more hair stylist were there, my Mom and sister hair cuts need more texture it was just a flat cut and need to be more escalonated, no texture no voulume no effort to style the haircut, the other haircuts for men need a little more trim on the front but I still like them, end it paying more than the first price given and they did not mention the tips at the beginning

Very disappointed with my experience at the JCPenney salon. I arrived for my appointment, but there was no one at the front desk assisting customers, and I was left waiting without any acknowledgment. Eventually, the stylist I was booked with, Clarissa, came over, but her attitude was rude and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service was poor, and I definitely will not be coming back.

I got my hair done by Amaya. She took her time, was very cognizant of how much hair I wanted to cut off as I still wanted to keep my length, and she was very polite. All the staff were friendly and helpful as this was my first time here. Would definitely come back!

From the Ladies at front desk to Dakota on the chair, amazing! My hair has never received this kinda care in a salon before. Blessed are the hands that cut, washed and blow dried my hair!!! I recommend Dakota 100% (look at my hair in pic)
