I want to give 5 stars to Tamati, who helped me a few weeks ago with getting parts for my son's car. Even though he was alone in the office at the time, he made the effort to acknowledge us and ensure we were looked after — and he followed through. Excellent service. Really great service. Had a window washer motor bought, worked for couple of days and then broke down. However as it is normal fpr 2nd hand parts, JCP replaced the old washer motor that I bought without hassle as it comes under warranty which is good for peace of mind. The male caucasian agent who assisted me was really helpful.
We needed an urgent door replacement for our Mazda after my wife’s car was hit during a hit and run. We dealt with Wade, who was incredibly friendly, professional and took good care in making sure that he had the exact part we needed. Pickup and payment was easy. We got what we expected part wise and the service was incredibly impressive compared to what I’ve dealt with from other businesses in the past. Thank you team!
Had to get 2 x fog lights for my CRV, the team were super helpful and did me a great deal! Really looked after me. Highly recommend!
