Arrived and was treated with great customer service, there was great communication and they were very punctual and helpful. Especially Manisha, she spoke with me on the telephone and arranged / organized everything for when I arrived. Great place for getting car parts, cheap and high quality. Thank you for all the help
I’ve purchased parts from this store before. While the in-store experience wasn’t great (no one acknowledged me when I walked in and I had to wait quite a while), I eventually got what I needed, so I let it go. Recently, I emailed them with another part enquiry and received a one-line reply: “cannot help” with no explanation, no context, and no attempt to offer alternatives. Good price and perfect
Went over to get a tail light. Got a call saying it will be a little late etc. I arrived and a young maori bloke greeted me, offered me coffee and a chat. 100% top fella and his hospitality was amazing. Even though I had to wait a bit of time this fella made it a better wait. He is an asset to his company
I had been communicating with Japanese Car Parts by email, and in my message I provided Shane, the operations manager, with the exact car codes the window could be taken from. I received a quote, paid for the part, and got a confirmation that everything was ready for pickup. When I arrived, it turned out they had removed a clear window instead of the privacy glass I specifically requested.
