Jcp auto is a very trustworthy, reliable, and excellent shop. Jamie was extremely helpful. I can’t stress enough- they are patient- honest- will explain the entire issue in detail. And they are very fair in price. I highly recommend them and will be using them moving forward Changed my links and tie rods- most mechanics would insist on doing shocks and struts on top, in my experience. They will repair what needs repair and clarify what is not needed. My mechanic retired. I know about cars.
I came here because my abs light was on he told me it’s my control arms. I told him to repaired it he charge me 1000$.And 3 day pass again the abs light turn on. I came back to tell him he came more mad at me .. they just such a scammers I won’t recommend people going there cause they would just rip you off

Don’t go there. Worst service and bad customer experience. Si le pudiera colocar 0 estrellas lo haría, el peor servicio y una demora terrible. Fui con mi carro buscando 4 tornillos para colocarle a la placa, 20 dólares. Se pasan de abusivos, no lo recomiendo para nada y adicional la actitud y atención súper mala.
