I would not recommend this company EVER! The bond clean was not completed and they would not return to finish the job. We ended up having to use a different company all together. Their bond back guarantee is a total lie, they are unprofessional and rude. Do not use them!

Organised a bond clean and carpet clean to be completed on the sunday and monday morning respectively. On the monday i found the tiled floors covered in mucky residue, the skirting boards, fans, windows, walls and fixtures uncleaned. Had to hire another cleaner to finish the job.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! *also tradenamed iClean Sunshine Coast Bond Cleaning. We paid nearly 800 dollars for a bond clean which they did not complete. We have tried contacting them via phone, email and text message multiple times and have gotten no response!! We tried sending photos through email of the atrocious state of the house and the response we got was some random people rocking up on our door demanding to be let in to clean while we weren’t home. HORRENDOUS. This company is also called ICLEAN SUNSHINE COAST. The person I dealt with was RYAN MAIR-dodgy!!!! We paid $680 for a bond clean and our agent was shocked at the quality of their work. Some surfaces were not wiped down, steam cleaning of one carpet was skipped, the floor grout was left dirty even though we specifically asked if they could clean it and cobwebs were left behind. Do not use this service if you are a tenant and expect your bond back. Very poor job, doesn't use the right equipment and their "guarantee" is just a word. They left what was cream woolen carpet still black and stained. After my preferred cleaner attended, the carpet was returned to a bright cream color.
