This is a great lab and I appreciate how quickly you can get in and out. Even when there are a lot of people in the waiting room they keep things moving. Technicians and receptionists are always polite and helpful.
nurse are very nice, but they lost my blood result, I have to go one more time.
The people are nice enough. However, when you call to get your lab results the phone is never answered. You can't even leave a message. Very frustrating. Update having my labs done here is convenient, but they are notoriously always at getting results to my care team in Columbia. Last couple times couldn't get it done in 7 to 8 days.
Very good at what they do. Always quick and as gentle as they can be. Always leave satisfied with them being on target.
