Don’t trust them with their claims on billing.  I picked hearing aids that not only the insurance would fully cover, but that it included everything, with no out of pocket costs, unless my insurance didn’t pay the $2500.      My insurance paid the full $2500 and then I get a bill for another $665 for fitting and distribution. Don’t go here!

I have been with Neurology Institute of Columbia for over a year. I have had several issues with front desk scheduling however my recent situation has been the most frustrating. In April of 2025, I received a botox injection for chronic migraines. I was not requested to pay any fees at the time of the visit due to botox being covered by my insurance. Horrible Doctor and staff at this office. Brandi tore my cervix and won’t even do anything about it. Her bedside manner is horrid and she would rather get in and out of the room with you in less than ten minutes rather than take the time to actually get to know her brand new patient. The front desk staff are so rude as well. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

First visit, two major red flags. They “lost” my patient paperwork, the forms they have you fill out that includes all kinds of personal and medical information. They called a few hours after my appointment to see if I brought it home with me when I had left the clipboard with the front desk, as requested. Next flag was my lab results were improperly relayed to me and improperly presented to the doctor by the nurse in notes, saying bloodwork was normal when it is not.
