The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable.
Extremely poor service! Only has an answering service, doesn’t matter they don’t return calls in a timely manner and when you can get ahold of someone they aren’t polite and always having you returning for appointments and not fixing their sub-par hearing aids. It’s really bad!
I was told to pay out of pocket, but they billed my insurance after I paid out of pocket. The Audiologist Corey was unsympathetic to my issues. I paid out of pocket about $300 dollars for just a minor adjustment, still they fake billed my insurance for an ear nose and throat test which I never had done. Dr Corey Myren is a good listener and excellent audiologist! I’m unique in that I’m experiencing hearing loss at a younger age. She listened carefully and efficiently did my testing for the ENT. My only criticism is that JCMG could improve the facility. Could use more space and a little rehab. Doctors and staff are great. Btw, creating a poor review (see Beeson) when you have never experienced a practice is ridiculous and outrageous. Who does this??
We were going to try this Dr. but with these bad reviews, we will not. I have to put a star so it will post but to be fair we have not seen this Dr. but are going by reviews. Why waste our time.
