My experience was wonderful. I had a tonsillectomy, and although the recovery is horrible, my doctors and nurses were amazing. Jodi, my nurse, was especially helpful and really kept my anxiety down before the procedure. Dr. Thompson was great, too. Very patient and explained things clearly. I was extremely impressed with the timeliness of my appointment as well. They got me back right at my scheduled appointment time. JCMG clearly knows what they're doing! I would 100% recommend them.
After having a thyroid biopsy done and JCMG losing the biopsy, they still insist on charging me the office visit. What? Why? I got absolutely nothing out of that visit and biopsy!!
