They don't answer the phone whenever they don't feel like it and if you leave a message they don't listen to those messages more than every 7 days.
I wasn't satisfied with my visit here. It felt like the doctor didn't care and didn't make an effort to investigate the issue. I'm looking into other dermatologists now because this visit was a waste of time.
I saw Victoria Hall. She hurried in and didn't take a good look for skin cancers. She should have asked about several places on my body but she acted like she didn't care. The nurse took longer than the doctor. I will find another dermatologist next time. She was supposed to freeze a spot on my face between my eyes and didn't cover my eyes. It looks the same as it did.
I went in for a medical issue, had blood work done, and never received any follow-up. Instead of treatment, I was referred out again after paying for the visit. The experience felt like a waste of time and money. Fortunately, I sought care elsewhere and was treated right away.
My chief complaint was I was exposed to a parasite while working under my mobile home the Dr I seen said she didn't think that's what it was and I was prescribed with expensive drugs that I didn't need and if the Dr there would have listen to what I said and did a skin biopsy she would have found what was on my skin I decided that I would put Vaseline on my entire body and the problem went away
