My husband had an appointment with this office on October 20, 2025. They cancelled his appointment due to an unexpected issue at their office. He was put on a priority appointment list. We have reached out to them 3 times and have not received a call back. He has chronic migraines.
Don’t waste your time! You will make sure they got referral and have good to go to be said we no longer taking new patients after referral is send and update whatever! Good that I call other ways I will be waisting more time not knowing!
I saw the practitioner (nurse) almost a month ago. They were supposed to put in a referral for an MRI. I keep calling & all the lady says is she will pass along a message. Don't waste your time going here. I honestly cant believe my PCM referred me to them. Also, I waited months to get seen.
(9/18/25) I really love Ms Banks she is a awesome doctor and sweet person, however the office staff, I have never had a doctor office wait untill there closed to call a patient to confirm an appt for the next day and when theres no contact or the call dropped they don't try to call a second time and u can't return the call because it's after 5 so now u can not get seen for 2 months because instead of confirmation a full day or 2 before they did it 16 hours, 1 disconnected call, no messages/email before.
