I have been working with JCM since I started in the construction world back in 2001 and they are always AMAZING! The products and even more the people that work at JCM are always willing to help me meet the needs of the ever changing waterworks world! I even have one of their competitors in my “backyard” and I choose JCM products and customer service over the competition every day! Thank you guys for keeping even us small companies in business!!
this has nothing to do with their products, i have never purchased through them but i did just had a poor phone call experience. received the wrong number from someone and called this one about a saddle repair. spoke to them and both ladies were beyond rude. im a cheery person and you can hear it in my voice but as soon as i tried to start to apologize the one lady hung up on me. they really should get someone a little nicer to answer calls… if i ever needed to purchase something of this sort i know now id never go to them a... read more
