Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Called and tried to make an appointment, earliest appointment is ovet a week away.. No big deal, booked the appointment and showed up on time, they said they had an emergency and given that it was 2pm and they might not be able to get to it for a few hours I should just come back a different day, shit happens i get that. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with an auto shop. They kept my vehicle for over a month claiming they were waiting for a part they ordered from Audi all the while Audi has never ordered the part or have an account with them. They were supposed to also do an oil change and DIDNT - Returned my car to me after over charging and not doing the work they claimed and my car was in worse shape than when I dropped it. I was on a tight schedule during my cross-country drive back to Ohio and needed an oil change fast. I called this shop when I was about an hour out from Reno, and they told me to come on in—they got me in right away with no hassle. Super friendly staff, quick service, and fair pricing. It’s hard to find places that are this accommodating, especially on the road. I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone passing through or local!
