Can’t attest for his work because I could never get in!! Bought a Groupon, he didn’t want to honor it, so he pushed the appointment out over a month. Recommended I call him back when he isn’t so busy. Said he is losing money on groupon customers so he is scheduling those ones out a ways. Purchased a Groupon for an oil change. Called and tried to make an appointment, earliest appointment is ovet a week away.. No big deal, booked the appointment and showed up on time, they said they had an emergency and given that it was 2pm and they might not be able to get to it for a few hours I should just come back a different day, shit happens i get that. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had with an auto shop. They kept my vehicle for over a month claiming they were waiting for a part they ordered from Audi all the while Audi has never ordered the part or have an account with them. They were supposed to also do an oil change and DIDNT - Returned my car to me after over charging and not doing the work they claimed and my car was in worse shape than when I dropped it.
