Jim was a pleasure to work with as well as John! Communication was exceptional and they are just nice people. I highly recommend JCM. My carpets are old and worn out but I need a couple more years (dogs, kids) out of them and they brought them back to life. THANK YOU!!

The Picasso of Carpets!!! I have been using JCM Carpet Care for years now and I will never use anyone else!!! My husband and I credit him with the sale of our last home. We had a small tile entryway that budded up to our carpeted living room. Of course with it being builders grade carpet, like 90% of the homes out there, it wore down to the studs where it budded up and eventually became the first thing you saw when you walked into our house.
