Currently working on some old town houses that you guys have built and the quality of work is the worst I’ve ever seen in Australia. It’s a joke your builders are allowing things to progress. To anybody reading this please for your own sake do not do business with these people. Shame on you for being an absolute disgrace to the trade.

Poor company to deal with. Do not use
I was sold my first apartment in 2020 and it was only when the first winter came I realised how dodgy this build was. My whole bedroom flooded from the roof that JCM did not tile correctly to the sliding doors that JCM had fitted backwards. It has been about 3 years trying to get this sorted with JCM but they do not want to hear about it. We have had multiple meeting booked in the past that he just does not show up too.
