Jennifer Laws and her staff have always been great to me and my family.
We love JCL Clinic. Jennifer Laws and Rebecca Brady go over and beyond for my family! They have the sweetest staff as well. Definitely recommended 5 stars!
If you are told to call back and they would help... it's a lie because they will never return a call. I hate this because I use to like going here. The NP are always nice and knowledgeable but this place has gone down hill the past couple years. Reply Why would I call? I already tired been waiting a week your staff to return a call
The receptionist, Hillary Ford is one of the rudest people I've ever interacted with. The doctors are fine. The receptionist Hillary Ford got smart with me over the phone and I want her to know that this is unacceptable. She needs to be fired immediately I will not return to this facility until I know she is gone.
My whole family loves Jennifer and her staff. I choose this place over my PCP when I'm sick & don't want to wait a week for an appt. Jennifer is very knowledge and staff is so kind.
