Honest and knowledgeable on Tesla
After a traumatic time having a flat tire on the NYState Thruway (driving home with the donut) I was so relieved to have JCL assist me ... as well as my auto. They have consistently been there when needed .. whether for something minor or more substantial. This has been our go to establishing for many, many years.
Charged my elderly mom $3,500 when all she needed was a tire plugged. Stay away.
My BMW X3 had impaired braking, and start/stop drivetrain vibrations. JCL rapidly diagnosed and repaired this safety hazard, with impressive turn around time. This expert management, and what I feel is unrivaled client relations, is a characteristic of JCL which I have observed over many years. Its owner, Chris, and front office staff deserve high praise.
