Well, I just had another excellent experience at JCL. Our 2018 X3 needed brake pads and rotors. I was able to get a loaner at no charge which makes it very convenient for us. The car was finished on time and the whole process was pleasant. Best of all the cost was less than the dealership by a significant margin.
This is an extremely professional group of people who are masters at their craft. From the gate they treated me like I was the most important customer they had, with prompt follow up to questions and outstanding communication across the board. I had an issue with my warranty company and they fought the denial eventually resulting in an approval…thanks Arnie! Overall the quality of work was outstanding, no shortcuts or repo parts.
