Jody is a great therapist! He helped me deal with a tough time parenting wise and helped me feel confident with what I thought was best as a parent. He also helped me with setting boundaries and letting go of some things from the past. Because of his advice I was able to have more confidence and move forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again should I go through another time in my life where I feel stuck and need help!

Jody isn’t just any ordinary counselor. He provides a safe environment for you to express yourself. He listens intently and guides you to overcome and persevere through whatever you may be facing. He reminds me, anytime I may need a “tune-up”, I am not a failure because I may need one; we all may need help from time to time. I may just need to add a new “tool” to my “toolbox” or dust off the rusty ones. It’s just such a pleasant experience speaking to him about the unpleasant.
