Jody is a great therapist! He helped me deal with a tough time parenting wise and helped me feel confident with what I thought was best as a parent. He also helped me with setting boundaries and letting go of some things from the past. Because of his advice I was able to have more confidence and move forward. I wouldn’t hesitate to go to him again should I go through another time in my life where I feel stuck and need help!
