Wish I could do zero stars. I planned to go to this joke of a provider for flu like symptoms but I ended up busting my knee that morning (1/2 inch hole in my skin, bleeding) so came in for both. I was kept in the lobby for over an hour, bleeding, no info from the front desk. I had to wait to check in. Once I did get checked in, they told me they couldn’t see me for both the injury and the illness. I went to an urgent care in Alton and was seen with no problem.
