Severely disappointed in this clinic, as my daughter was misdiagnosed with an ear infection, and prescribed antibiotics. Called on the third day, as we were concerned about no improvement (and worsening symptoms), and asked about getting ear drops or switching antibiotics since her symptoms were keeping her from sleeping or eating. Wish I could do zero stars. I planned to go to this joke of a provider for flu like symptoms but I ended up busting my knee that morning (1/2 inch hole in my skin, bleeding) so came in for both. I was kept in the lobby for over an hour, bleeding, no info from the front desk. I had to wait to check in. Once I did get checked in, they told me they couldn’t see me for both the injury and the illness. I went to an urgent care in Alton and was seen with no problem.
