Good customer service
Severely disappointed in this clinic, as my daughter was misdiagnosed with an ear infection, and prescribed antibiotics. Called on the third day, as we were concerned about no improvement (and worsening symptoms), and asked about getting ear drops or switching antibiotics since her symptoms were keeping her from sleeping or eating. Was cut off trying to explain concerns by the extremely rude lady who answered the phone (she was the same one who was super rude the day we brought her in), and they declined to give any advice, ... read more
