Place sucks, they seem to leave at 4:30 or earlier.posted hours states 5. Really inconvenient when you have to drive so far. Especially when they reassure you they’ll be there til 5. Doctor Stewart will cancel ur meds out of nowhere. In the process of looking for a new doctor. Hard to find good help out here, hands down worst practice I’ve seen and I usually go to Alton memorial so that says something

I’ve been going here for 5 years and never had a problem. The receptionists are always pleasant, and my NP and her nurse are very caring and compassionate.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They are rude and make you wait forever for your appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early and I waited for 40. I drove from a hour away, that’s a little ridiculous. The lobby was 80 degrees and all the receptionists and nurses were complaining it was hot in there. Then when I finally was going to be seen I practically got screamed at by the doctor. She was giving me a horrible attitude because of my blood pressure.
