Great you come out and do the work yes. Problem is you just show up and do not notify the tenant that you are doing work now I have been woken by an excavator digging up my front yard with 0 notice or advise you are attending my property. 2nd time you have done this. Please improve communication even when inside access to the property isn’t needed.
