Good experience overall! Had a bay window made and installed last year. While there were a few hiccups along the way, the end result was great and the price was very very reasonable. Despite some issues, I'm happy with the final product and would use them again. Great value for money.

Ordered mirrors for my area last week. Sam was fantastic to deal with. The turnaround time was on point and they came at the precise time they promised me they’d be there. The 2 installers were super friendly answered all questions and did the job with a smile on their face. I know who I’ll be dealing with in future

Poor communication, never respond to messages. Each time I got them on a call they would act like nothing was of concern and that I was an inconvenience to them. Arranged a day off work to be at home to have someone come out. No one showed up, called them halfway through the day to check on the expected time, they said they should be later on, as the guy was in the area, yet no show for the whole day. No call to explain or reschedule. 🚩🚩🚩🚩 So many red flags I discontinued with the company.

Worst experience I have had with a business to date! Communication was great until I paid the deposit, after the deposit was made I had no return communication for months. Multiple emails and phone calls with no reply. Only when they had delivered the windows and doors did I then get calls and emails back, but only because I owed them the remaining invoice, money holds power! Great quality windows and doors, and the service is amazing. A solution is always found to any little problem. Highly recommend.
